Ever since I received my Inspiron 8600, I've noticed quite a few program crashes.  Outlook 2003 crashes about 1 out of every 20 uses.  The worst offender is MS Word 2003.  It crashes 3 seconds after being launched every single time it is launched.

I Went to Microsoft's knowledgebase and followed instructions:

1.  I've tried launching with the /a attribute and it still crashed. 

2.  I deleted the data (and one other that I forget) items from the registry.

3.  I deleted the Normal.dot file.

4.  I created a new user and logged in as that user and voila! Word now appears to work.

Can someone tell me if this points to a specific corrupt file?  That way I know which files I can copy over from my old profile.
