Problem with boot PowerEdge R430

Hi,

I have a problem with server R430.

Server wont to boot. The server has six disks. Two disks are in RAID and on them is install ESXi 6.0, rest of disk is used for datastores. I try several things but nothing helps me. I am stuck. iDRAC is working. And I can't enter to bios and it looks like option F2, F11, and F12 do not work.

CTRL+R and CTRL+S are work, but I don't want to destroy my RAID.

I try to upgrade BIOS but I didn't succeed. I getting   error wrong format  and I use BIOS_7V25P_LN_2.9.1.BIN

If you are able to enter the controller BIOS via CTL R then I would check the status of the virtual disks. If you are unable to enter the system BIOS then the system is likely having an issue initializing hardware. You may have a faulty PCIe device or USB device that is causing the system to hang while initializing hardware. If you are unable to enter the system BIOS it is considered a no POST issue. here is an article on troubleshooting POST issues:

    Thanks

    thanks for reply.

I can enter in controller via ctrl + r and I can see the virtual disk.

in log file I find : A fatal error was detected on a component at bus 0 device 3 function 0.

So seems that you are right, there is a problem with a hardware
