There is a problem Starting the ESRS Service

Question

I get the error message in the subject of the thread.  Then when I go to ESRS configuration it says not running.  How do I get it running again?  This occurred after upgrading the OS to the latest version 2.4.1.21171

I've shared your post with several ESRS subject matter experts and all are unsure how to address the question based on the information provided. If you can provide some additional detail, we might be able to provide an answer. Please include the EMC products in your environment, version of ESRS you are running, and include any specific error messages you have received. Also note that if your ESRS connectivity is failing, you should open a service request.

Ill just open a ticket.  Its a VNXe3150, I already stated the version I am running.  The error log shows exactly what I posted in the subject nothing else.
