Shorcutting for OWA Lite users

Firefox and Safari use OWA lite, im trying to open shortcutted messages but am unable to; due to the way those browsers handle HTML attachments, the browser forces you to save the .HTML doc to disk, once you do this the link inside the HTML doc to connect to ES1 and download your attachment from the archive is broken. Is there a workaround or possibly a configuration error on my ES1 server?

    Hi There,

To my understanding so far there is no work around that exist for FireFox and Safari. The only option to my understanding is to use IE. It might be worthwhile to open support ticket and check with support where they stand on this issue.

    Thanks,

    Rajan

As Rajan has stated, It would be recommended to open a support ticket to have this investigated further.

This is a known issue that we are currently working with Microsoft on.

I would second the notion to open a Service Request and reference SDR33916.
