SourceOne 7.2 email management : change location of the SQL server databases

Hi, 

we are running SourceOne 7.2 SP9, and now we need to change the location of their internal SQL Databases from one SQL server to another, and also the SQL Server instance name is different. I mean, the connection string has changed from

SQLSERVER-OLD\INSTANCE-OLD  ...... to .... SQLSERVER-NEW\INSTANCE-NEW

How could we reconfigure the SourceOne servers to point to the new SQL server DBs?

    Info you are looking for is available within DELL EMC SourceOne Email management Administration Guide. Look for "Moving SourceOne databases" section. 

     

    You may also engage SourceOne support team to verify the actions with you and oversee your action via a remote session. Extra pair of eyes might come handy.
