I have a 30 GB laptop drive, Toshiba MK3021GAS, that I'd like to add as a second drive to my GX110 Optiplex.  Cabling and mounting appears fine as I bought an an adapter kit.  But I don't see how to designate this second drive as a slave.  When I plug it in, boot-up fails and screen goes to CMOS memory.  Do I make changes there for reconfiguration?  What ?  I want the old drive to be the primary.  There are no jumpers on the laptop drive.  There are 4 unused pins at connector, but I don't know what these do as there are no lables.
