I bought Inspiron 15, 2 days ago and it is making a very low creaking sound which comes on and off. The sound is very soft , that I have to keep my ears close to the key pad to hear it. The sound occurs somewhere beneath the 'shift-enter-backspace' tabs. The sound is more like some metallic device rupturing against something. Is it normal to have this? I had spoken to the Tech support and ran all the tests and came out with no errors. Though the sound has considerably reduced, I can still hear it. Do you think there is some problem with my Hard drive? I still have 2 weeks for replacement, do you suggest I do that.
