I have XPS410 from 2007 that had Windows XP when I purchased from Dell and it has two hard drives of 320 GB each with the Raid thing.  About 2 years ago I updated to Windows 7 and as far as I know,  Raid went away.  So,  does that mean I lost my back up drive of 320 GB.  My computer seems terribly slow,  so was wondering,  if Raid is gone,  does that mean I have a blank 320 hard drive available?

If so,  am I able to switch the hard drives?  Thanks for any info.
