Hi,
U can have a hard drive as big as u wish.
But windows Xp would be supporting only up to a maximum of 120 gb hard drive after that it would not be showing you the hard drive capacity but u can use the the whole hard drive space.

If you have XP with SP1 and the BIOS updated to A02 or higher, then you should be able to use 200GB+ HDs.
