Need info on HD Installation

I have a Hitachi Deskstar 60G HD  (from Dell), received w/no install procedures.I would like to get detailed instruction on physical removal etc etc and procedures for formatting and transfering data. The desktop is a Dimension XPS233, original HD @ 6G. I would greatly appreciate some help so I don't trash  this system. LThe operating system is the old Win98. Thanks!  Bill

    The instructions are in your manual, or if you go to the support home page and enter your service tag number, then go to manuals, there will be instructions on how to do this.
