performance diference IDE 100 -133

Dell Dimension 8300-1 gb xp pro
Can anyone tell me the performance gain by changing my hard drive from IDE 100 to 133...

The plan was to use a Maxtor PCI 133 card,but thanks for the info...

None, Dell systems don't have ATA-133.

7200rpm hard drives can deliver and sustain approximately 66MBps, no matter what the interface.
