Problems updating firmware

I have tried to install the updated firmware (R92814.exe) but it's not allowing me saying 'update file name in not correct!' .  I have  a HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4481-B  The only firmware which I have been told to try is for theHLDS GCC-4481-B HH 48*32 Combo. 
 
Has anyone any ideas ?

    Do you have one or two CD drives?

    I have one internal (HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4481-B) & one external (EMPREX) cd/dvd drives

    Unplug the external drive and try again.

    I tried unpluging my external dvd drive with no luck.

    I have also tried loading the firmware in safe mode with no luck.

    Any advice would help
