refurbished towers
How can I get a refurbished tower from dell. Dell sent me refurbished tower because my cd/burner was not working properly and was tired of repeating the same thing over and over again to the dell technicians.

Hi Computergeek,
You will need to purchase one from Dell or frankly any place that sells them. For on-line shopping, some of us like New Egg.
NEC, Lite-on, Pioneer, Plextor are some brnads we recommend. Once you pick one up, come back and someone will help you install it.

computergeek59,If your system had one when you purchased it you would need to contact Customer Service or Technical Support to arrange getting it installed. I would recommend contacting them through our Chat service.
