I have a dell inspiron 5310 with existing 320gb sata 300 which I replaced the OEM unit with, after it crashed. running xp pro sp3.

I would like to install a 2tb sata 600 as a secondary drive. Will it be compatible? Do I need different connectors to attach to the board?
