My SN-324s CD/DVD drive will not recognize a CD. The lights flash, unit clicks, nothing happens. DVDs play ok. I checked out the troubleshooting for the drive and it says that is working ok.
Run a couple of the standard steps covering the drivrs, controller and filters.
Go to
www.the-predator.com and scroll to Section 15, article 1; Section 20, article 3; Section 12, article 10 (Please ignore the reference to Roxio).
If that doesn't help, it's probably time to replace the drive.
