I'm at the end of the install of ECC 6.1 UB5 - where the instructions say to answer Yes to Locked files/folders were encountered trying to back up .
I've answered Yes 3-4 times (and 2 hours) and still it comes back to this warning prompt.
It says 'the install cannot continue until that process is ended and files are unlocked.'
What process? Is it safe to click No?
