I purchased my Dell Steak on Dec.28th 2010.  I have had no problems and enjoyed the large screen clear graphics available.  I happened to pull it out of my purse and found the "LED" (?) cracked when I turned it on.  The physical part of the face is undamaged and my purse was not dropped or hit in any fashion.  I am actually unsure how this happened.   To my surprise NOTHING is covered even though it was only purchased 3 months ago.  Dell did offer to charge me $250. to replace the face.  I am very disappointed I will no longer be enjoying this phone.
