Which anti virus do you use? I currently had the preinstalled McAfee just expire on me since it was 30 day trial, just wondering for others out there r you using the windows defender or Norton, I did had Norton installed earlier but it caused the system to slow down a lot its problems  with Norton becuz it slows the PC happens on my desktop also. Currently ī have avast free version. Anyone use the same or what do u guys use or recommend.

I'm using Windows Defender included in Windows 8.1.  As I understand it now includes antivirus protection.  Not sure if it's as robust as the others but I will not install more bloat ware like Norton or Mcafee.

How did you guys manage to uninstall MacAfee? The last time I tried, the un-installer window that popped up had buttons that displayed off screen, so I couldn't advance the un-install process!

Thanks. Tried it again and was able to uninstall without any off the menu items being offscreen. As a bonus I appear to have regained significant disk space. MaCaffee seems to be something of a space hog on these tablets, and with only 64Gb of free space, that's a big deal to me.

Yeah weird issue, I'm having where I install so a program and after uninstall it leaves the icons and empty folders. I'm also having that issue. I tried installing cc cleaner but same result.

Normal uninstall will not remove it completely.

It's a known problem and after using uninstall in control panel you still need to download their removal tool and use it.
That will remove it completely (download link below).

    Hope it helps. :emotion-2:
