Just about every problem everyone has had with their phone, i've had. Im just not to clear on if this is a hardware problem, or a software problem? 

I do recall the DVP first being advertised with 512MB RAM; i know their is a debate as to whether or not that is truly a big deal, and I feel it is. I'd really like to keep this phone, for it's the only reason I moved to WP7. But, no one wants to always have to restart their phones, especially over the length of a new contract. I really hope that this issue is resolved in a timely manner. Hopefully, everyone becomes satisfied with the purchase.
