OTA updates Fail !!!!!
Venue 8 3840 EVERYTIME I get a notice for OTA update and click it, I get a message that it failed!! I'm not that tech savey, so what am I doing wrong?? Thanks :emotion-18:

The update to Lollipop requires a significant amount of change. The failure of OTA updates can be caused by connection issues and other variables. Please share some more technical details for investigation purpose.
