Venue 11 Pro Partitions Deleted
Let's say we have a Venue 11 Pro 5130 that someone deleted all of the partitions on when attempting to do a clean install on.
How can it be recovered?
It will not longer boot from USB. (I have a recovery drive)
Diagnostics mode (Volume Up at turn on) works.
UEFI Setup (Volume Down at turn on) can no longer be accessed.
When the tablet is started, a cursor pops up over the Dell logo, and two buttons appear at the top right: "ESC" and a Keyboard icon.
For the first second or so, the cursor can be moved, the buttons can be clicked. The keyboard icon brings up an on screen keyboard. Esc doesn't seem to do anything.
After a second, the tablet no longer responds to touch inputs.
A usb keyboard or mouse don't seem to do anything. Can't boot to USB....
Any ideas?

You need to get into the boot menu, which should be accessed by pressing the power button and then (once you feel the haptic vibration) holding volume up. This should bring up a boot menu with BIOS, diagnostics, etc. If you do not have the ability to boot to a USB key here, try loading BIOS defaults and then try this again.
Once you can get to the USB key option, you can just reload from scratch.
