Wi-Fi error
Hi,
After returning from abroad, my Wi-Fi won't switch back on after I had the Streak in airplane mode. When I try to re-enable the feature, it just says "Error". Also, my Bluetooth stays at "Turning on..." when I try to switch it on.
I have tried rebooting the device, rebooting and taking out the battery for a while, and a complete factory reset. None of this worked. My Dell Streak is running Android 2.2. What to do?

I have a Streak and I faced similar problem with GPS.. The first few days my GPS did not work at all. I tried everything, still was no good. After someone told me, I tried pulling off the battery while the phone is ON quite a no. of times before my GPS started working.. I heard that for Wifi issues, you might have to do the same a few times, not once. The Wifi/GPS/BT connectivity is a known problem with Streak now. and I see a lot of complaints in the forum too.. My Wifi now connects to broadcasted netyworks fine but does not even detect any non-broadcasted Wifi networks.Its frustrating...Try the suggestion out and see if that helps. thanks.
