Yesterday, I downloaded a game demo that I had previously downloaded and deleted several months ago. I ended up having to cancel the download after a minute or two, so I closed the screen and clicked 'cancel' when it asked if I wanted to cancel the download. Ever since then, there has been an icon for the game setup file on my desktop that won't go away. When I try to delete it, a message appears stating that the the program cannot be deleted because it is in use by another person or program. When I try to open the file, it says that "PainkillerSPDemo3Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application". The file is just sitting there, and I can't do anything about it. I have since completed the download a second time, and everything works fine, but that file icon remains. I can't figure out what else would be using the file, so if anyone could help me to get rid of it, I would be most appreciative.
