Not sure where they come from but get ccleaner from ccleaner.com.  Install it and then run it.  On the first setup page (Windows) UNCHECK everything then check the following options under Internet Explorer.   Temporary Internet Files,  Cookies,  History,  Recently Typed URLs, Delete Index.dat files (You will get a warning message saying you must reboot), Last Download Location.  Then under System, check Empty Recycle Bin, and Temprorary Files.  Now switch to the Applications tab, Uncheck everything.  If you have Java then check the options under Java or Msjava, jre, j2re, or Microsoft Virtual Machine (VM).  Now Run Cleaner.  Reboot when done.

This should clear out all of the old stuff.  If it comes back then we may have to look for a rootkit.

You may also want to get rid of the last vestige of MyWay.  This is an Adware program installed by Dell.

 Close Internet Explorer and run HijackThis and do a Scan Only then check this line and Fix Checked.
