Adobe Flash Update
Win 10 Pro, 64-bit...
I currently have Flash v32.0.0.255 installed (IE11) but when I tested it at the Adobe site the latest version listed is 32.0.0.321.
Windows Update didn't offer that update to me on Microsoft Tuesday. I download and ran this .exe but it says I have the latest available and Windows Update will offer a new version when it's available.
Is v32.0.0.321 only for IE11/Win 7? What am I missing here?

In Win 8.1 and 10, Flash is "embedded" as an integral part of IE11 and Edge... so it gets updated through Windows Updates. Flash here is still at x.255.
In all other circumstances (everything <= Win 7;
as well as NPAPI [FF, Palemoon, MyPal] and PPAPI [Chromium based] browsers in Win 8.1/10 )
the update is from Adobe, and has advanced to x.321

I understand all that. But now we'll probably have to wait until Microsoft Tuesday in mid-Feb before we get the Flash .321 update for IE11/Edge under Win 10.
In the meanwhile, hackers can likely figure out what Adobe changed in .255 to produce .321, and design an attack that takes advantage of whatever the issue is with .255 running in IE11/Edge/Win 10...
That could be loads of fun - NOT!

Flash updates can either offer minor/functional fixes, or actual security updates... but Microsoft only goes for the security updates... so it may take even long for them to offer an update:

The embedded ActiveX Flash for IE11/Edge on Windows 8.1/10 remains at 32.0.0.255
Flash for Windows 7 and earlier [as well as Win 8.1/10 NPAPI & PPAPI ] has been updated to x.321
