Big Trouble for me

I downloaded a program called Ares, after a few weeks I decided that I did not want this on my computer anymore, so I removed the program. After restarting my computer an error message box popped up and said "service.exe filed will need to be terminated" and after i clicked OK another one popped up with the same error message for "lbass.exe" so I clicked OK on that one, and the same thing happened two more times. Then it just went to black screen. Thats it. I called Dell and they said it was a software problem and that i needed to pay for that service. I dont have any money. I couldnt even afford this computer...but now I really need it, I have 4 papers and one project due for school next week...The software guy said I could de-frag it and re-load everything... but I dont have any of the discs. I only have the MS Office CDs that Dell sent me. I need help, please someone help me....for the love of God....

Thank you

    Hi

Ares.exe is a malware program. If Dell sent you the MS Office disc they should have sent
you their entire back up discs.

If they didn't you need to contact Dell.

You could try posting a HiJackThis log in the HJT forum before you defrag.

Follow the instructions in the yellow post on how to post a HJT log. It is at the very top of the the page of that forum.

Ares is a Peer to peer file sharing program that installs malware.

Can you start your computer in Safe Mode?
