Blue Screen

Hello,
I recently got a computer, I was online a total of about 3 hours, and got a virus of some sort. I have a blue screen which I have been told is the "blue screen of death." I don't know what to do, when I start and restart the computer the blue screen immediately comes onto the sceen and I can't do anything. If anyone can help me I would very much appreciate it. Thank you
       Peace

OK, here is the message that I am getting.

Problem detected and windows is shutting down to prevent damage.

A process or thread crucial to systems operation has been unexpectedly exited or terminated.

If this is the first time you've seen this message, restart computer.  If problem persists follow these steps
Check to make sure new hardware or software is properly installed. If new installation ask manufacturer for windows updates if needed.
If problem continues, disable or remove new hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart computer, press f8 to selct advanced setup options, then select safe mode.
    Technical Information
    ***STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x81fd8daq, 0x81fd8f14, 0x805f9f88)

Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical memory dump complete.
Contact systems administrator or technical support for further assistance.

I have tried restarting the computer, the screen goes directly into the blue screen with this writing. I have called Dell support and they had me try the f8 thing, that was fine, they also had me try safe mode and it didn't help either. Anything you can help me with is very appreciated. This is the first time I've owned a computer and as you can probably tell I have no idea what I am doing.
        Peace

I am sorry I couldn't reply as It was my Off.
Regarding the error you are getting, please open the system tower and reseat the memory modules. Just remove them from the slots and put them back in. This should fix the issue. Also let me know the color of the LEDs at the back of the system tower.
If you are not comfortable opening the system tower, please give me the system model and service tag you are using so that I can provide you with the links which will assist you.
    Thank you very much
And don't worry, I am sure we will fix the issue.

    Hello,
Thanks for replying. I'm have no idea what memory modules are, but I will look to see if I can figure it out when I get home tonight. I also have no idea what the LED's are, but again I will look and let you know. The system model and service numbers I'm sure I can find. I'll let you know what happens tomorrow.
Thank you again, I really appreciate this.
       Peace

    Hello,

Sorry it's taken me so long to get this to you. Not having a computer at home is a pain. Anyhow, I thought about trying to unplug the memory things and plug them back in, but to be honest, I don't even know how to open the tower. I looked and tried, but I think I'll break it.

So, here are some numbers I found on the side of the tower.

    Service tag- GWJF971

    Product Key- JDG96OMQ7F-DHM4H WR9HX-QB9RW

Hopefully one of these is the number you need. Thank you again

          Peace
