I have a new Dell Latitude 3420. I was about to attempt setting up my google account on this laptop but then it displayed a Privacy Error "Your connection is not private", initially it prompted to activate an Enhanced Protection and so I did. However, I still have a privacy error on my screen. Then I tried to access google on EDGE, still displayed a privacy error. 

This laptop has ESET antivirus that has a valid license. Can anyone tell me what to do.
