Eek, Help!

My laptop seems to have gotten some freaky virus. Task Manager is disabled. Same with all hotkeys to rightclick or bring up the Start menu. There is no icons on the desktop. I can't rightclick, and there is no taskbar. Help!
(P.S. I got onto Internet because the McAfee virus thing popped up, (the virus can't be deleted) and I clicked the virus help thing, which led to McAfee.com.)

    Go here and download Hijackthis

    If you are unable to download the tool. You can download it on a working pc, transfer HJT prgram to the infected pc by using a USB key ( some call it a memory stick). Run the the program, after the text file is created copy it back to the working pc and post the log per instructions below.


    Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\\HJT\\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents AT THE LINK BELOW

    and include a description of the problem along with your log


    Please do not be tempted to "fix" on your own. Hijackthis is a very powerful tool, if used incorrectly can cause system problems
