System Reboot
My computer has been slowed down heavily with spyware and other problems and I think it is time to reboot my computer. However, I cannot seem to find the System Restore CD that came with my computer. My question is, will any generic Dell System Restore CD from anyone's computer work for me? If that does not work, will Dell be able to send me a new Restore CD? I would appreciate any help that anyone has for me.

My system was purchased before November of 2004. So what are my options if Dell does not send them anymore? Can I still use someone else's system disk who has the same model as I do? Please let me know what the best and easiet thing for me to do is. Thanks in advance.

Dell hasn't shipped an operating system CD since November, 2004. When was your system purchased?
