It occurs to me that SpywareBlaster is the oldest security program I still install. Virtually none of the programs I was using a dozen years ago are still installed on my PCs, with the possible exception of the MVPS Hosts File. The half-life of security programs is measured in a very few years, and few last as long as SWB.
I imagine your use of Avast AV goes back even further (when it looked like a flying saucer). I always enjoyed that simple version.
