Have a couple of questions I am trying to find answers to regarding FAST:

1. The devices that are defined in a Storage Group - are these existing devices that are in production, and the ones that you would like FAST to monitor and act on? Just wanted to confirm.

2. For chargebacks, I believe it is recommended that the aggregate tier for all tiers be at 100%. How does it make a difference if it is over 100%? Say for 3 tiers, I have 50%, 50% and 50%. How does it make difficult to calculate chargeback?
