Hi,

I have a 2 tier storage pool RAID 5 with FAST enabled.

I am looking to expand the pool with 3 SAS and 5 NL-SAS disk.

I know that recommendation is to expand in multiple of 5 but given my scenario, i need to know how will VNX stripe my new addition.

Will it be 4+1 for NL-SAS and 2+1 for SAS?

Any contribution as in how vnx stripe it storage pool for 6 disk and 7 disk will help as well
