Hi Johann,
I have researched it, but cannot find any information related with VNXe and SCVMM 2012 SP1 integration yet. So, I suggest you to connect EMC sales/presales or open a SR for the question.

According to the ESI 3.0 release notes some functionality is supported but not the SCOM management pack.
I would suggest to download the EMC Storage Integrator software and documentation and see for yourself if what you want to do is covered
