Vostro 3470, problem with HDMI?
So, I have the monitor with integrated sound. If it connect by VGA and jack - it works correctly. I have 1080х1920, 32 bit color and sound.
But if it connect by HDMI (in this time vga & jack are turned off) - thare are no sound at all and video only 8 bit color (the picture is terrible). I installed latest GPU drivers from Intell 630, but no result.
The HDMI-cable is okey, because I use it to connect the same monitor to notebook - all works correctly (video, sound). Sorry for my english. Thanks.

So, I executed all of insctructions exactly. But problem is not solved. All latest drivers is installed. Look screens of device manager on pictures. Problem that have no devices in sound control panel as HDMI, included disabled or diconnected (look screen also). I repeat, this monitor and HDMI-cable work correctly with notebook other brand based on Intel integrated graphics (520 chipset seem) and OS 64x Win10, but not desktop Vostro 3470 :((...

I guess you are not using HDMI video PCI card at all and is not present there. no GT710 or the like.
and are plugging into the 1.4HDMI jack on them motherboard (iGPU) jack,
so why not load the dell driver and not use Intels. that be best.
the driver must match the processor in your PC. i3/5.7 or not celery cpu or Pentium thing.
and the correct cable. 1.4 min.
directly link to dells HD driver. 2019 fresh.

The INTEL Graphics driver is required as well as INTEL Audio to use onboard HDMI audio.
LS20A350BS/ZA syncmaster monitor is DVI and does not have HDMI.Intel DCH Driver is required.

thank for advice, but result is the same, I have no sound throught monitor (certainly I downloaded and installed drivers at your link - 10.27.0.4 "intel display audio" and 26.20.100.6952 "intel uhd graphics 630")

Error's text "the set driver is not valid for this computer, receive the corresponding driver at the vendor"

I have this same problem, the DELL driver don`t work, I still have no audio on the hdmi screen, updating to a latest version of Windows 10 1909, the problem persists.
Has anyone found a solution?

You have to install ALL of the drivers before it works.

Is the HDMI cable that you are using HDMI 1.4 standard?
