Hello guys,

I just bought Dell Vostro 5370, and I want to be able to use fingerprint. As I saw in user manual/guide (that paper which was packed in package with the laptop) , it should has that fingerprint function.

But, my problem is, that if I try to set up my Windows Hello(to lock the screen), it says "facial recognition or fingerprint is not available on your computer".

If you have any suggestion/solution, please let me know, thanks!
