MS has stated that they are doing phased upgrade rollouts and some systems may not see the upgrade until mid 2022. And yes, Windows 11 drivers are already available for your system. If you do not want to wait you can go to this site and either download the media creation tool (second choice) or the Installation Assistant (first choice) which is basically the update version of Windows 11.

First of all can you post the exact model of your system?
I am sorry as I do not speak or read Spanish. But from what I can gather from the screen your system cannot update to Windows 11 due to an unsupported CPU, and not having Secure Boot or TPM 2.0. And if you go to the link I posted in my previous reply, you can download the media creation tool for Windows 11. That is assuming you have the ability to enable Secure Boot and TPM in your BIOS.
This Windows Club web page has more information. Though it is possible to install Windows 11 without TPM and Secure Boot as this Windows Club page will describe.

Note if the 2nd one is compatible with windows 10 pro, then with the help of some tools you can be able to install the windows 11. System performance might be down
I update windows 11 over the Vostro 3500 and it work very good but befor that i changed Vostro RAM modular and HDD . (RAM 8 GB and HDD 1TB SDD)
After upgrade windows to 11 , I have a just problem with graphic driver. Vostro graphic is Nvidia Geforce MX330 and i can't find match driver with that. know windows 11 detect Vostro Graphic driver with intel(HD) graphic.
