WUR Help
I have a WUR in progress from 23Nov 2020.
The last update was on 22Dec 2020 , I had replied on the same day with some queries. The Dell Support on Call and Chats keeps saying wait for 24 or 48 hours and still no update is received. I am a student and was assured the resolution will be done before the start of my papers i.e. 4Jan 2021, but no update is received till date.
I will be needing a system from 4Jan to 30 Jan 2021 since i have daily papers and this was told to all Dell executive that had answered the call and everyone said that it will be done before that.
I hope to get a resolution asap.

Not sure what "WUR" is referring too???
To better assist you, the members and I would need the exact model number of your laptop/desktop???
- Identify your Dell:
- Go into your BIOS.
Power-on the system and start tapping the F2 key to enter System Setup.
- In Windows:
Hold down the” Windows “key and tap the “R “key.
Then type msinfo32 and hit enter.
