Click on the phone options. Give microsoft a call at their 1-800 number. After you enter in the installation ID and it says that it was unable to verifty it, it will connect you with a live Mircosoft Rep where you explain your situation, they might tell you to call dell, if not just tell them its not registered on any other computer and you need to re-activate it. They will give you the code to enter and you are done.
