Agent.exe and ISUSPM.exe

Notice that on our Dell Desktops, the two above mentioned programs are eating up resources. Over 200K memory for Agent.exe alone! I am assuming these are items installed by Dell, as none of our non-dell computers have them.

Anyone know what they are, what they do, and how to stop them from taking over everything?

    jsieglaff,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You can disable these services in MSCONFIG.

Go to start>run>and type in msconfig and click ok.
Now click startup and uncheck these items.

    ISUSPM
    issch

Then click apply, then ok and restart your computer. That is what i did to fix mine.

These could also be disguised as malware.
