Hi All,

I have a startup problem with my Dimension 8400 computer. I didn't do any update or install any new program recently. Since yesterday, when I turned on my computer, after Dell screen, my computer goes black screen. What I have done is the following:

1. F8 to start menu, after I select Safe mode, stop at Mup.sys. I could not start to Safe Mode.

2. I tried to use Installation CD, what I do is that I selected Repair current Win XP, after setup program copy the files, it said restart your computer, then my computer reboot, but it goese black screen again, it didn't start windows setup screen. I knew that it should be start Windows setup screen after restart the computer.

Is any body help me out the problem? Thanks a lot.
