can I install Bluetooth on xps 8300 dell desktop 2011 Edition, or even buy software to do so?

Below was the wireless/bluetooth module option that was offered with this computer when it was sold.
The XPS™ 8300 system offers an optional Dell™ Wireless 365 2.1 Bluetooth® Adapter.
You can add a card to the computer. You can also add a wireless bluetooth usb adapter that may be a little easier.

I replaced my Broadcom Dell Wireless 1501 Card with an Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 7260 giving both superior WiFi and BT capabilities in my XPS 8300.
