I'm trying to update a file in an application which is in c:\Program Files\Application Name.  I am using Home Premium and I am logged on as the only user and it is a type of Admin.  Because the folder is read-only, I cannot replace the file and I cannot clear the read-only attribute.  Every time I do it, it says it worked and then I discover it is still read-only.

Oddly, I was able to rename the file, but I still could not then add the replacement file into the directory.  Helllllpp!
