Can't Reinstall Windows XP
When i put the XP CD into the computer and press F12, then boot from a CD-ROM, and try to install WIndows XP, it tells me that Setup can't find any Hard Drives installed on the computer, and that setup has failed. Plus, my computer won't let me log-in because I have to register windows, but I can't connect to the internet. What do I do?

It would help to know what model Dell you have, but based on the problem I would guess it is an 8400, 9100, or one of the XPS systems. In that case you may find some help either here or here.
