Can't resize photo for email in Windows XP

Hi All,
 
I recently have tried to email photos from My Pictures in Windows XP, but no longer have the option of resize the photo. It now goes straight to Outlook as a full size image, it doesn't give the option to send as a reduced size. Can anyone help.

    I doubt this will help, but I like to use paint Shop Pro or Photo Shop to resize my pics. You get more control that way.

    hawks75,

    Go to Start|Run, enter cmd and click OK. At the command prompt enter Regsvr32 Shimgvw.dll and press . You should see a message that the registration succeeded. Restart your computer for the change to take effect.

    Thanks Guys,

    Tried Denny's solution and it worked a treat!! This error occured approx time I download Windows XP Service Pack 2, would this have anything to do with it??

    Again thanks heaps for your help, I have been trying for weeks to fix this problem
