Can't Update to Windows 11 23H2
Tried Windows Update but 23H2 update doesn't show. Followed instructions for a manual update and received the following message - "This update is not applicable to your computer."
Anybody else have this issue or know why it's not applicable. Is there a solution?

@RoHe Yes, it shows in the Update history. Was installed on 10/11/2023. Latest update installed was KB5031455, the 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems. Settings/System/About shows my OS build as:22621.2506 and shows Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0

Microsoft decides when computers will be updated. Microsoft has said that general availability for 23H2 will begin in the first half of November, 2023. In addition, not every computer will receive every feature of the update at the same time, but all computers will become feature complete.
Although it is certainly possible to download parts of the 23H2 update earlier, I myself do not do this. Microsoft does not distribute updates in an arbitrary manner. Rather, they are released in waves which allow Microsoft to gauge the success (or lack thereof) of an update. This gives an opportunity for Microsoft to discover bugs before the update has gone out to everyone. Personally, I'm content to wait. There's nothing in 23H2 that I must have now.

i had to do the upgrade from The Windows 11 Download page, just click windows 11 installation assistant and follow to do the upgrade from 22h2 to 23h3,

I was just able to update to Windows 11 23H2 OS Build 22631.2506 on a XPS 8940 that had 22H2 OS Build 22621.2506 using the standard Windows Update check. The update took less than 10 minutes to complete.

1) Run the following from elevated command prompt:
DISM /online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
2) then run the following from the elevated command prompt:
sfc /scannow
