I have no idea why this is happenning - I click on reply on a post and it goes to the the top to create a new post( I am using Opera 9TP1). I apologize to the moderators here for this.

I already did that. The Auto Power if off, and the time indicated there's the default (12:00am). Can anyone please help !

This IS spooky. Makes me glad I power off when I'm done. These computers can get up to all SORTS of evil when your back is turned!Astranomina

Installed and tried getting something with ZA. But no avail. It again started up. Decided that I will be putting in (at least) 10 of my precious weekend hours for a fresh reinstall :(. That should bust the darned ghosts ;)

Something is apparently attempting to contact the Net. Install ZoneAlarm and it will display a warning when something tries to dial out, asking your permission to allow the connection. That should identify the process that is holding early reveille.
