cleanup.exe???

I noticed under my running processes I had something called "cleanup.exe" running.  It was taking up 50% of my CPU and I have no idea what it is or what it's doing.  A search found that the cleanup.exe file was located at C:\Documents and Settings\*******\Local Settings\Temp.  I've checked my startup items under msconfig, my registry under run items, and my services and have not found this anywhere, but it always is running at startup.  The file properties say it was developed by Bill Pytlovany of BillP Studios but I have not installed any of his products on my computer.  Is it possible that this was installed along with some other program?   I do have Window Washer 5, SpyBot, Norton System Works, and Ad Aware installed, but they are not set to run anything continuously.  Also, a virus scan with latest defs came up negative for viruses.  Anyone have any ideas what this is?
