If i create another user account on my 5100, would that take up more space on my hard drive?

The user account with no data takes up about 1.5 megs.

Ok, that sounds good. I have another question too. Can i restrict the other person's account so that they can only have access to certain programs on my computer? If i can, how? Thanks!

If you make the user account limited then some functions will be restricted. Assuming you are running XP you can view the differences in account types by going: Start/Settings/Control Panel/User Accounts, and in the left column clicking on "?User account types"
