My mother has a dell 4600 desktop, she contacted a virus that has taken over, I tried system restore and it didn't help, the virus won't let system restore complete, so I wanted to wipe out the pc to it's original format. Well it came with no cds, we have dell here at work so I found the windows os software and dell resource cd. I attempted last night to reinstall windows, when I do F12 from dell screen and select ide-cdrom it brings me to windows ....tried this numerous times, so I went to cd rom in windows and started to reinstall.  I reinstalled windows and now when I go to add/remove programs it is empty, I have nothing, can't get on internet, speakers don't work, I need help.
